Author Guidelines

Authors submitting to IJRAC are expected to follow the guidelines below to ensure a smooth editorial and publication process.

1. General Requirements

 All submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under review by any other journal.
Manuscripts must be written in English with academic style and clarity.
The editorial board reserves the right to edit submitted articles for clarity, grammar, and style.

2. Manuscript Structure

 a. Title

Concise and informative, no more than 16 words

b. Author Information

Full name(s), institutional affiliation(s), and email(s). The corresponding author should be clearly indicated.

c. Abstract

Between 150–250 words, summarizing objectives, methods, results, and conclusion.
Written in English.

d. Keywords

3–5 relevant keywords separated by commas.

e. Body Structure (for research articles):

Introduction
Literature Review (optional or integrated)
Methodology
Results and Discussion
Conclusion and Suggestions

f. References

 Use Chicago Manual of Style (Notes and Bibliography) or *APA 7th edition, depending on discipline.
 Only cite sources that are used in the manuscript.
 At least  60% of references should be from  scholarly journals published in the last 10 years.

3. Formatting

 File format: Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx)
 Font: Times New Roman, size 12 pt
 Spacing: 1.5 line spacing
 Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides
 Length: between 4,000–8,000 words, including references and appendices.

4. Quotations and Citations

 Short quotations (under 40 words): incorporated in the text with quotation marks.
 Long quotations (40+ words): indented without quotation marks.
 Use footnotes (for Chicago style) or *in-text citation* (for APA style).

5. Submission Process

Register as an Author, then upload your manuscript following the 5-step submission process.

6. Plagiarism Policy

 Manuscripts will be screened using plagiarism detection software.
 Manuscripts with plagiarism over 20% will be automatically rejected.

7. Article Processing Charges (APC)

 No submission or publication fees (IJRAC is free and open access).
